The company has recently completed an acquisition of a successful service company with more than 1,000 employees. 

After the acquisition of a new international service provider, the company wanted fill new domestic and regional leadership positions within the group using members of the leadership team at the acquired company. 

The objective was to assess the leadership potentiality of the exciting managers to identify the most suitable candidates to join the regional executive team and fill the new critical roles during the post-acquisition integration phase.  

ASSESS has provide an integrated assessment center solution in combination with personality and aptitude computer-based psychometric assessments. The solution was delivered within 30 days with detailed and personalized assessment centers reports delivered to the executive management of the domestic subsidiary and the global HR and talent team. 

ASSESS has delivered a full assessment center exercise over two days to the leadership team of the acquired company. 

The detailed assessment center reports and psychometric reports from both personality and aptitude assessments were submitted to executive management at the global head-office, and contributed to a successful appointment of the existing company leaders to new job posts within the new post-merger organization.
