A leading healthcare service provider that runs clinical laboratory testing services, including highly sophisticated techniques for the prevention, early assessment and comprehensive management of complex chronic disease by timely, accurate and dependable testing. 

In order for the customer to deliver clinical laboratory testing services for the prevention, early assessment and comprehensive management of complex chronic disease, the customers needs to guarantee that all employees are equipped with the knowledge required to address the typical daily challenges, they run an annual knowledge assessment for more than 700 employees across 20 different knowledge domains. 

The customer has been running this assessment annually using traditional paper and pencil approach. From this year on, the customer wants to automate the process to reduce cost and time required to administer tests, calculate grades and share feedback.  

ASSESS has computerized the full item bank and organized the items into more than 20 knowledge assessment modules that were combined into multiple functional assessment tests to evaluate medical and operational knowledge of all employees, and ensure that superior healthcare services continue to be rendered by everyone from the receptionist to the lab chemist.  

The assessments of more than 700 employees were delivered with full automation and high accuracy to all employees within few days. The detailed assessment reports were instantly produced. The project also inspired further automation of other talent management functions and a timely report was submitted to executive management.
