These tools support human decision-making and do not make final employment decisions on behalf of our clients.

When We Work for an Employer

When you complete an assessment, application or interview at the request of an employer or another organization, that organization normally determines why your information is processed. ASSESS processes the information on its behalf and according to its instructions.

Your results and related information may therefore be shared with the organization that invited you and its authorized representatives. Questions about their recruitment or employment decisions should be directed to that organization.

Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information with authorized ASSESS personnel, the client that requested the service, and trusted providers supporting hosting, communications, analytics or AI processing. Providers are permitted to process information only for the agreed service and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security requirements.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers.
