Situational Judgement

ASSESS Situational Judgement assesses how an individual will react or behave in different business related situations, hence evaluating the effectiveness of his/her responses and highlighting developmental needs. Hence, it determines behavioral tendencies of new hires which are job relevant and which give a better overall picture of a candidate’s aptitude for a certain job.
